A little about what I do
Hi, I am Charlie and I believe in taking a realistic approach when it comes to getting in better shape. Who wants to be eating chicken and broccoli three times a day? Certainly NOT me! I’m pretty sure you don't either. No crazy meal plans, just support with your existing diet. We will make small changes which will have a big effect on your life.
Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realise that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a tailored plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.
I don’t take on too many clients at any one time. This way I can focus on you, your needs and maximise your results. In turn, a happy client is a happy coach. I’m here to make sure you enjoy your journey as well as seeing your progress.

Charlie is a great PT for many reasons, but mainly for me, he taught me what I really needed to do to lose fat. He has such a wealth of knowledge that you go away from the session with him not only healthier and fitter but also learning along the way. I never ever thought I would say this but I love going to the gym. Charlie has made going to the gym enjoyable. I always leave our sessions knowing I have worked hard but most of all had some top class banter.
I have been doing PT Sessions with Charlie on and off, mainly on, for the past 3-4 years.
We vaguely knew each other, this meant I was a little nervous with someone I knew training me.

Charlie has a wealth of knowledge in his profession, any question I ask about an exercise we were doing or how weights help he has the answer and explains it in the right way for you to understand and take in the information. I’m lucky that Charlie and I also have a very similar outlook on life so our sessions are also filled with laughable chats, we like to put the world to rights! I have recommended Charlie to many friends and clients of mine over the years and will continue to do so!
